Disposition versions
30. The Minister is authorized to lease a part of the water property required for the purposes of the operation of a regional park; the lease shall be made on the conditions provided for within the framework of an agreement made with a regional county municipality in accordance with section 112 of the Municipal Powers Act (chapter C-47.1).
